Summary
The paper presents the model of firm, which functions on principles of geographically dispersed development. There are described possibilities and advantages given by adaptation of this production method in to software development by IT companies. Furthermore, there are shown difficulties, risks and requirements, which need to be taken into consideration in order to use this production process.
