Summary
The main aim of this elaboration is research and valuation of the meaning of positive and negative aspects of the usage of the information technology among younger children both in the educational process as and to the organization of the free time. In a modern manner the computer and the Internet are perceived as technologies liable to destroy traditional barriers across new forms of the communication of people between himself, communications of human and computers, or computers among himself. In the information society is necessary the initiation of new technologies among younger children into suitable to the age of children the manner.
