TELEWORK AND THE ENVIRONMENT
Summary
Telework, known as remote work or work at a distance, is this form of organizational work, in which the employee performs work outside the company. Telework is growing up and more and more workers take this kind of work in recent years. Contributes to saving the environment, including by reducing greenhouse gases to the atmosphere (eg, going to work every day), the reduction of electricity consumption in offices and public transport to reduce congestion. Also, the worker gets more free time, which does not need to spend on going to work, stuck in traffic or waiting for a bus or train. Therefore, it will be expected to increase the number of telecommuters in the future.
