TROLLING – ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOURS IN INTERNET, DETECTION AND DEFENSE METHODS AGAINST THEM
Summary
This article focuses on trolling as deliberately and intentionally provocative actions in Internet and also outside of an online context. Author describes main characters of person called troll who disrupt the usability of any newsgroups, forums, chat rooms and all social networks portals. Trolling is a violation of the implicit rules of Internet social spaces and is often done to infl ame or invite confl ict. It necessarily involves a value judgment made by one user about the value of another’s contribution. In this article there are some useful advices how to recognize and avoid troll.
