A principal component analysis has been performed in order to identify the percentage of people in Poland who use the ICT products and show how Poland looks against Europe. Unfortunately Poland is still in the middle of the list done by World Economic Forum in 2009. What is interesting, according to researches done by GUS in Poland we can observe development of society and we can fi nd that they know more about ICT products now. Although over the years there were various communications on the declining popularity of SMS, the survey still shows something else. Studies conducted in 2010 showed that short text messages have became more popular than talking on the phone.
