W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono problem usług elektronicznych w Polsce na przykładzie dwóch z pozoru różnych działalności, czyli kultury i rozrywki. Zgodnie z tematem przeprowadzono badania za pomocą metody sondażu diagnostycznego, zaprezentowano ich wyniki i wnioski z badań.

In line with the theme of studies were performed using the method of diagnostic survey. The article presents the results and conclusions of the study.
