Streszczenie
Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie atrakcyjności Polski i czynników ją określających dla offshoringu usług. Artykuł został podzielony na dwie części. W pierwszej omówiono proces rozwoju światowego rynku offshoringu usług, natomiast w drugiej przedstawiono miejsce Polski w rankingach atrakcyjności dla offshoringu usług oraz wskazano główne czynniki przyciągające bezpośrednie inwestycje zagraniczne do polskiego sektora usług.

Summary
The aim of this paper is to analyze the attractiveness of Poland for offshoring services. The article is divided into two parts. The first part discusses the process of development of the global market for offshoring services. The second part presents the Polish position in the rankings of attractiveness for offshoring services and identifies the main advantages of the Polish service sector for foreign direct investments.
