Streszczenie
Celem niniejszego artykułu jest wskazanie cech jakościowych, które powinny spełniać współczesne raporty biznesowe. Analiza taka wydaje się istotna, gdyż zazwyczaj cechy jakościowe odnosi się do sprawozdań finansowych, pomijając fakt, że takie same cechy muszą spełniać raporty biznesowe. W artykule przedstawiono również dwa wzorce raportów biznesowych, pierwszy opracowany w Stanach Zjednoczonych, drugi natomiast w Europie.
THE QUALITY CHARACTERISTICS OF INFORMATION INCLUDED IN BUSINESS REPORT IN THE VIEW OF CAPITAL PROVIDERS’ NEEDS
Summary
The purpose of this article is to identify the quality characteristics which modern business reports should have. This analysis appears to be important because usually quality characteristics are referred to financial statement, disregarding the fact that business reports should also have those characteristics. The article also presents two models of business reports, first created in the United States, the other in Europe.
