Summary
This paper has started with the concept of the meaning the quality in services and has shown the differences between products and services. It has described selected models of service quality. Some of them has presented a very general, universal approach which unfortunately hasn’t been useful to all kind of services, while the others authors quality of service defi ned by its attributes.
