Summary
The aim of this article is to present different attitudes for the matter of implementation management control in order to the new law about public finances. In article the author wrote about "myths" concerning implementation management control in public finances sector units taking theoretical aspects and practical control processes into consideration. The law regulations of management control and efficiency of aims of management control were presented.
