Management control system in the public institution of higher education, means the total of actions taken to ensure that the objectives and tasks are executed and achieved in a legal, effective, economical and timely manner. Finally, it discussed the theoretical and practical aspects of implementing these standards in public institutions of higher education for example of the Poznań University of Economics. This article present specified duties and powers in the management control system and documentation associated with this system.
