Streszczenie
Usługi odgrywają coraz większą rolę we współczesnym świecie zarówno w procesie produkcji, jak i konsumpcji. Stopień rozwoju sektora usług świadczy o poziomie rozwoju gospodarczego kraju. Obecnie sektor usług przechodzi głębokie przeobrażenia wewnętrzne, zmienia się struktura oferowanych usług, coraz większego znaczenia nabierają usługi IT oraz usługi oparte na wiedzy. Głębokie nadzieje są wiązane z rozwojem usług biznesowych, które stanowią siłę napędową gospodarki. Celem artykułu jest próba zwrócenia uwagi na usługi biznesowe, ich znaczenie i rozwój. W artykule dokonano analizy danych statystycznych na temat pracujących, wartości dodanej brutto oraz podmiotów gospodarczych należących do sekcji K sektora usługowego. Analiza zebranego materiału statystycznego oraz lektura wielu raportów na temat rynku usług pozwala stwierdzić, że usługi są dominującym sektorem gospodarki, który wpływa na tempo rozwoju gospodarczego i poziom konkurencji.

THE IMPACT OF BUSINESS SERVICES ON THE ECONOMY GROWTH
Summary
Recently, the importance of the services has been significantly increasing in both production and consumption. The development of the service sector is an evidence of the level of country’s economic growth. Currently, the service sector is undergoing deep internal transformations and the structure of the offered services is changing, it need to be emphasized that the meaning of IT and knowledge based services increases the most. There is a lot of hope put on the business services development, by which the economy is driven. The article aims to draw attention to the importance of the service sector and its development. The author also analyzed statistical data on the employment, gross value added and business entities belonging to the K Section of the service sector. The analysis of the statistical data and various reports on the services market shows that the business service sector is the dominant one in the economy. Moreover, it plays the key role as it affects the economic growth rate and the level of competition in the market.
