Pomiędzy łamaniem obietnic a infrastrukturą instytucjonalną i kierunkami jej przemian istnieją sprzężenia zwrotne. W komentarzu tym autorka podejmuje próbę przedstawienia, wskazywanego przez Jánosa Kornaia, nasilania się zjawiska łamania obietnic jako następstwa globalnie naruszonej równowagi i związanego z tym globalnego nieładu instytucjonalnego, co zarazem wiąże się z dokonującym się w wyniku rewolucji informacyjnej przełomem cywilizacyjnym.
BREAKING PROMISES AS A SYNDROME OF INSTITUTIONAL DISORDER
Summary
The presented article is a commentary on the working paper “Breaking Promises: Hungarian Experience” by Professor János Kornai. There are feedback loops between breaking promises, institutional infrastructure, and the directions of development of this infrastructure. In this commentary, the author presents the problem of promises breaking (discussed by János Kornai), which is escalating as a consequence of the disturbed global equilibrium and the related global institutional disorder. It is also linked to the civilizational breakthrough resulting from the information revolution.
