Streszczenie
Artykuł omawia dwa charakterystyczne, obecnie stosowane modele zarządzania finansami dużych związków gospodarczych, prowadzących działalność deweloperską. Rolą artykułu jest również przybliżenie coraz powszechniej stosowanego wykorzystania funduszy inwestycyjnych w inwestowaniu i działalności na rynku przekształcania deweloperskiego nieruchomości gruntowych, z uwzględnieniem modelu organizacji zarządzania finansami w tego typu strukturach. Opracowanie wskazuje również na rolę i cele zarządzania finansami w dużych strukturach gospodarczych oraz na zagrożenia podatkowo-prawne, związane ze wspólnym prowadzeniem procesu zarządzania finansami.

Summary
The article discusses two characteristic models of financial management presently applied in large economic associations conducting property activity. The role of the article is to show the increasingly more common use of investment funds in investment and activity on the real estate market, including the model of financial management used in structures of this type. The study also shows the role and aims of financial management in large economics structures, and the tax and legal risks associated with the conduct of a joint financial management process.
