W obecnych warunkach gospodarczych prowadzenie działalności produkcyjnej bez stosowania narzędzi controllingu operacyjnego może powodować znaczące problemy w uzyskiwaniu założonych celów fi nansowych oraz zapewnieniu płynności procesu produkcyjnego. Jednym z celów controllingu jest dostarczanie kierownictwu informacji o problemach mających kluczowy wpływ na badane zjawisko. Do tego celu może być wykorzystywana metoda analizy danych ABC XYZ. Autorzy prezentują oraz omawiają wyniki badań, jakie zostały przeprowadzone w przedsiębiorstwie AesculapChifa sp. z o.o. Analizie danych metodą ABC XYZ podlegała produkcja narzędzi medycznych w 2012 r.

Abstract:
In the current economic conditions managing of the production without controlling tools may result signifi cant problems in achieving of fi nancial targets and ensuring the liquidity of the production processes. One of the purposes of the production controlling is to provide management information about problems which havecrucial impact on analized issue. For this purpose ABC XYZ method can be used.The main task of ABC XYZ method is to diagnose the most important elements with the biggest impact on explored problem in terms of participation and the time factor.The authors present and discuss the results of studies that have been made in the company AesculapChifaLtd. ABC XYZ analysis is based on production of medical instruments in 2012.
