Streszczenie
Celem artykułu jest wypełnienie luki w polskiej literaturze na temat crowdfundingu rynku nieruchomości, a zwłaszcza mechanizmu finansowania za jego pomocą inwestycji w zakup gruntów, projektów deweloperskich oraz rentierskich. Realizacja tak sformułowanego celu badawczego wymagała zidentyfikowania poszczególnych etapów kampanii crowdfundingowej projektów inwestycji w nieruchomości. W Polsce crowdfunding rynku nieruchomości dopiero stawia pierwsze kroki. Biorąc pod uwagę tendencje obserwowane na świecie, przewiduje się, że ta forma finansowania inwestycji w nieruchomości będzie rozwijać się w dynamiczny sposób i w stosunkowo krótkim okresie stanie się ważnym alternatywnym źródłem pozyskiwania środków finansowych na realizacje projektów inwestycji w nieruchomości.

REAL ESTATE CROWDFUNDING AS A SOURCE OF INVESTMENT FINANCING
Abstract
The aim of the article is to fill a gap in Polish literature on real estate crowdfunding, especially the funding mechanism of investment in the purchase of land, development and rental projects. Implementation of such a formulated purpose of research required to identify the stages of the real estate crowdfunding campaign. In Poland real estate crowdfunding market puts the first steps. Considering the trends observed in the world, it is expected that this form of financing of real estate investment will develop dynamically and in a relatively short period will become an important alternative source of raising funds for realization of real estate investment projects.
