Streszczenie
W związku z narastającymi problemami nierówności społecznych i gospodarczych między krajami biednego Południa i bogatej Północy oraz realną perspektywą rozwoju zjawiska migracji ekonomicznych ważną rolę może odegrać ruch Sprawiedliwego Handlu. O ile społeczeństwa krajów rozwiniętych, rządy, organizacje międzynarodowe oraz lokalne społeczności wielkich miast (power of big cities) będą gotowe zaimplementować proponowane w artykule postulaty – może nastąpić rozwój handlu produktami Fair Trade, a przez to będzie postępować rozwój gospodarek najbiedniejszej części świata. Celem artykułu jest zaproponowanie postulatów nowej umowy społecznej, w wyniku której mogą poprawić się wskaźniki w zakresie zdrowia, edukacji i dochodów per capita w nierozwiniętych krajach oraz zrealizowane zostaną „solidarnościowe” i humanitarne przesłanki sprawiedliwszego, ordoliberalnego gospodarowania w skali międzynarodowej. W literaturze przedmiotu brak jest analiz powiązań rozwoju ruchu Fair Trade z problematyką umów społecznych, zatem opracowanie niniejsze może być przyczynkiem do dalszych badań i proponowania empirycznych modeli i stadiów wykonalności.

EQUITABLE INTERNATIONAL TRADE – A NEW SOCIAL CONTRACT
Abstract
In connection with the growing problems of social and economic disparities between the countries of the poor South and the rich North and the real prospect of the development of the phenomenon of economic migration Fair Trade movement can play an important role. As far as societies of developed countries, governments, international organizations and local communities of large cities (power of big cities) will be ready to implement the proposed in this article postulates – the trade of Fair Trade goods can develop, and thus will follow the development of the economies of the poorest parts of the world. The purpose of this article is to propose a new social contract requests, as a result of which they can improve indicators in health, education and income per capita in least developed and developing countries, and will be completed “solidarity” and humanitarian grounds fairer, ordoliberal management on an international scale. In the literature, there is no analysis of the development of relations Fair Trade movement with the issues of social contracts, therefore, this article can be a contribution to the further study and propose empirical models and feasibility studies.
