Streszczenie
Migracja wartości (Value Migration) jest procesem polegającym na przepływie wartości między przedsiębiorstwami, sektorami, państwami w celu odnalezienia jak najbardziej efektywnych możliwości ulokowania kapitału. Proces ten przebiega najczęściej w trzech fazach: przypływu wartości, jej stabilizacji, a następnie odpływu, i uzależniony jest w dużej mierze od nośników wartości (Value Drivers), będących głównymi determinantami w procesie zarządzania wartością przedsiębiorstwa (Value Based Management). Znajomość tych procesów oraz umiejętność szybkiego reagowania na uwarunkowania i zmiany będące konsekwencją ich przebiegu umożliwiają współcześnie swobodną realizację celu przetrwania i rozwoju przedsiębiorstw na rynku.
W artykule zaprezentowano istotę, determinanty i etapy migracji wartości, szczególnie w kontekście współczesnych procesów internacjonalizacji i globalizacji gospodarki.

VALUE MIGRATION PROCESSES IN THE CONDITIONS OF INTERNATIONALISATION AND GLOBALISATION OF ECONOMY
Abstract
Value Migration is a process consisting in the flow of values among businesses, sectors, states in order to find the most effective possibilities to invest capital. Most often the process runs in three stages: value inflow, its stability, and then its outflow, and to a great extent it depends on value drivers, which are the major determinants in the Value Based Management process. The knowledge of these processes and an ability to react quickly to the conditionings and changes being the consequence of their progress enables today free implementation of the goal of survival and development of firms on the market.
The article presents the essence, determinants and stages of Value Migration, particularly in the context of contemporary processes of internationalisation and globalisation of economy.
