Streszczenie
W artykule przedstawiono różnice kulturowe i ich wpływ na sukces przedsiębiorstw na rynku krajowym i międzynarodowym. Zostały opisane modele kulturowe i ich cechy charakterystyczne. Następnie zamieszczone zostały wyniki badań przeprowadzonych wśród studentów wraz z wnioskami. Celem artykułu jest uwypuklenie roli czynnika kulturowego w rozwoju firm działających na arenie międzynarodowej.

THE INFLUENCE OF CULTURAL DIFFERENCES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANISATIONS

Abstract
Cultural differences are visible in everyday life. More and more universities offer classes for the students to describe cultural differences. It is important to be ready to meet another culture and to be prepared for this meeting. In the business field this knowledge can help to avoid conflicts because the differences in behavior are caused by different values in different cultures and not by personal reasons.
