Streszczenie
W artykule dokonano oceny zmian zatrudnienia w województwie zachodnio-pomorskim w ujęciu przestrzennym w odniesieniu do stopnia konkurencyjności i spe-cjalizacji oraz struktury sektorowej badanych powiatów. W tym celu wykorzystano analizę shift-share. Badane lata 2005–2011 podzielono na dwa podokresy: koniunktury i dekoniunktury gospodarczej, uzyskując w ten sposób możliwość identyfikacji wpływu spowolnienia gospodarczego na kształtowanie się zatrudnienia. Otrzymane wyniki wskazały na duże zróżnicowanie tego wpływu w poszczególnych powiatach oraz sektorach gospodarki.

EMPLOYMENT CHANGES IN POVIATS OF ZACHODNIOPOMORSKIE VOIVODSHIPIN 2005–2011: SHIFT-SHARE ANALYSIS
Abstract
In the paper the Authors made the evaluation of the employment changes in zachodniopomorskie voivodship in spatial approach in reference to the degree of com-petitiveness, specialization and sectoral structure of examined poviats. Therefore the shift-share analysis was applied. Period 2005–2011 was split into subperiods: prosperi-ty and downturn. In this way the Authors could identify the influence of world crisis on employment in poviats of zachodniopomorskie voivodship. The obtained results indi-cate that this influence was differentiated among poviats and sectors of economy.
