EXPERIENCES OF AMERICAN ADMINISTRATION IN IMPLEMENTING PART METHOD AS A TOOL OF PUBLIC PROGRAMS ASSESSMENT
Summary
The article presents the experience of the American administration in applying the PART method. It shows an analysis of strengths and weaknesses of this solution from the viewpoint of the implementation of performance budgeting. The research presented in this paper can be the basis for conclusions useful to create a system of evaluation of public tasks for the Polish government sector.
