Streszczenie
Celem artykułu jest wykazanie, w jakim stopniu spowolnienie gospodarcze wpłynęło na decyzje spółek giełdowych, dotyczące wypłat dywidend. Analizie poddano spółki, które w latach 2008–2010 wypłaciły dywidendy. Wyniki analizy wykazały, że spowolnienie gospodarcze w większości spółek płacących dywidendy regularnie, nie miało istotnego wpływu na zmianę polityki dywidend.
DIVIDEND DURING THE ECONOMIC SLOWDOWN (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE COMPANIES STOCK EXCHANGE)
Summary
This article aims to demonstrate the extent to which the economic downturn affected the decisions of companies listed on the payment of dividends. We analyzed the company, which in the years 2008–2010 paid dividends. Results of analysis showed that the economic slowdown in the majority of companies paying dividends on a regular basis, had no significant effect on the change in dividend policy.
