POSSIBILITY OF USING TOTAL PERFORMANCE SCORECARD BY UNIVESITIES
Summary
The Total Performance Scorecard (TPS) concentrates on improvement, learning and development. Thanks to this an organization using the TPS is able to improve its competitiveness on the market. Improvement, learning and development are also very important aspects of universities functioning, which makes the realization of the uni-versity strategy possible.
The main aim of this paper is to point the possibility of using the TPS concept by universities, showing that every part of the concept may be performed on university.
