ASIAN'S REFORMS AFTER THE CRISIS IN 90'S XX CENTURY AND THE REACTIONS OF THESE ECONOMIES ON GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISIS IN 2008-2009
Summary
After the Asian financial crisis of 1997-1998 most countries in this region took steps to promote the development of their financial markets, improve debt structures accumulate foreign reserves and decrease dependence from foreign finance. In 2008 the global financial crisis which started in USA, has spread to other countries and caused considerable slowdown. Asian countries were also impacted by tis crisis. They experienced a reversal in foreign capital flows, falling curriencies and stock markets and tightening of credit markets.
