Summary
The article describes problems of clinical trial maintaining and financing from health care organization perspective. There is many divergence in displaying the role of health care organization in clinical trial, from only ensuring technical equipment to carrying on a wide range of other activities, like doing medical procedures, ensuring medical care for patients, etc.
Various models of health care organization role in clinical trial cause various level of financing. There is also another problem of reliable clinical trials cost calculation connected with correct estimating time for activities going into clinical trials.
