Streszczenie
W pracy przedstawiono podstawowe narzędzia stosowane w Zarządzaniu Jakością. Zaprezentowano w niej szereg podstawowych metod i technik rozwiązywania problemów jakości stosowanych w organizacjach. Omówiono istotę prezentowanych zagadnień, jak również metody pozwalające sterować procesami produkcji w sposób kontrolowany i ukierunkowany na jakość. Narzędzia te powinny w danej organizacji posłużyć jako sposób na identyfikowanie, mierzenie i usuwanie występujących problemów. Zakończenie podsumowuje opisywane narzędzia sterowania jakością. W opracowaniu posłużono się metodami analizy i syntezy, przedmiotem studium są metody i techniki jako narzędzia unikania, przeciwdziałania wadom ukierunkowanym na jakość.

METHODS AND TECHNIQUES OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Summary
In this dissertation there are the basic instruments in quality management presented. Many fundamental methods and techniques of solving quality problems used in organizations are described in this thesis. The essence of the presented problems is discussed, as well as methods allowing to manipulate the production processes, in a controlled and quality focused manner. These instruments should serve as a way of identifying, measuring and removing appearing problems in a particular organization. The end of this dissertation is a summary of described instruments of quality management. There are methods of analysis and synthesis used in this thesis. The subject of the study is aimed at the methods and techniques as ways of avoiding and acting against shortcomings, focused on quality.
