Streszczenie
Celem artykułu jest ocena procesu liberalizacji handlu usługami w warunkach kryzysu negocjacji wielostronnych Rundy Doha. Przedstawione zostały przyczyny braku postępu w rokowaniach usługowych na forum WTO oraz alternatywne wobec rokowań katarskich działania państw na rzecz uzyskania większego dostępu do rynków usługowych partnerów handlowych.

LIBERALIZATION OF TRADE IN SERVICES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE WTO CRISIS
Abstract
The aim of the paper is to analyze the process of liberalization of trade in services in the context of the crisis of DDA. It will present the reasons for the lack of progress in the services negotiations at the WTO and alternatives to this negotiations, which can gain greater access to services markets of trading partners.
